REMAT created this website as a source of information, in compliance with the legal norms in the application of copyright, confidentiality and advertising rules.

REMAT will make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the Site and will make every effort to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible. Privacy policy. Processing of personal data
REMAT respects the right to privacy of the people who visit the Site and who contact us electronically. When you interact with us, you may provide us with information that helps us identify you (for example, name, email, phone number). Also, certain information that helps us identify you is necessary for the execution of the legal assistance contracts we enter into with you.
In addition, REMAT collects some information about its collaborators, according to the law. This information is known as "personal data". Legal bases of processing
A. Processing based on consent [art. 6 para. (1) lit. (a) of GDPR]
In the REMAT activity, data processing based on the consent of the data subjects can be diverse, depending on the specific activities carried out and the goals pursued. For example, the processing of the data of individual customers, for promotional purposes (sending legal alerts/newsletters by e-mail) is carried out on the basis of the free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent, legally obtained from the customers.
B. The processing necessary for the conclusion and execution of a contract [art. 6 para. (1) lit. b) from GDPR]
This type of processing takes place, on the occasion of the conclusion of a legal relationship (contract) between our company and a client, a natural or legal person (with reference to the latter's legal and/or conventional representatives).
The company processes your personal data for the following purposes:
For the purpose of providing products / providing services from the Company's field of activity in order to fulfill the Company's legal obligations;
In order to track the legitimate heresies of the Society;
Providing information about commercial offers (eg: newsletter, electronic messages on various channels, etc.)
Providing information about the Company's events
Providing information to support needs related to a specific product or Service
participation in opinion polls regarding the Company's products and services
REMAT will also process the contact data of a new employee or collaborator, in order to conclude the work or collaboration contract.
C. Processing necessary to fulfill a legal obligation [art. 6 para. (1) lit. c) from GDPR]
The processing of personal data based on the need to comply with a legal obligation requires the existence of a mandatory legal norm applicable to REMAT. In this case, the processing is necessary in order to comply with the legal obligation.
D. The processing necessary for the performance of a task that serves a public interest [art. 6 para. (1) lit. e) from the GDPR]
REMAT's legal obligations, arising from its participation in the economic and financial fiscal activity, can represent as many reasons that serve a public interest. In these cases, the basis on which REMAT processes personal data is that provided in art. 6 para. (1) lit. e) from the GDPR. In order to carry out the economic activity and meet the requirements of the financial and fiscal discipline in the company's field of activity, REMAT processes the personal data of the parties with which it contracts or of third parties. The basis of this processing is not the consent of the persons concerned, nor the contract concluded with the client. The legal basis is the performance of a task that serves a public interest.
Personal data of minors
REMAT does not intentionally request or collect personal data from minors. In the event that REMAT discovers that it has accidentally collected personal data from a minor, it will remove that data as soon as possible. However, REMAT will be able to collect personal data from minors when there is express consent granted in this regard by parents or legal representatives.
Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the following rights:
A. The right of access, i.e. to obtain from REMAT a confirmation that personal data concerning you is being processed or not and, if so, access to said data and the following information:
the goals
recipients
where possible, the period for which the personal data is expected to be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to establish this period;
the existence of the right to request from REMAT the rectification or deletion of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data relating to the data subject or the right to oppose the processing;
the existence of the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
if the personal data is not collected directly from the data subject, any available information regarding its source.
B. The right to rectification, i.e. the right to obtain from REMAT, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you;
C. The right to data deletion ("the right to be forgotten"), i.e. the right to obtain from REMAT the deletion of personal data concerning you, without undue delay, respectively the obligation of REMAT to delete personal data without unjustified delays, if there is one of the following reasons:
personal data are no longer necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
you withdraw the consent on the basis of which the processing takes place, in accordance with art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) or with art. 9 para. (2) lit. a) from the GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for processing;
you object to the processing pursuant to art. 21 para. (1) of the GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate reasons for the processing or you object to the processing pursuant to art. 21 para. (2);
personal data were processed illegally;
personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation that falls to REMAT under EU law, or the internal law under which the company is
D. The right to restrict processing, when:
you dispute the accuracy of the data, for the period during which REMAT checks the accuracy of the data;
the processing is illegal and you object to the deletion of your personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
REMAT no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them for establishing, exercising or defending a right in court;
you objected to the processing in accordance with art. 21 para. (1) GDPR, for the period of time in which it is checked whether the legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the data subject.
E. The right to data portability means the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to REMAT in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to transmit these data to another operator, without obstacles from REMAT, if: the processing is based on consent pursuant to art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) or of art. 9 para. (2) lit. a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to art. 6 para. (1) lit. b) GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means;
F. The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would produce legal effects on you or similarly affect you to a significant extent.

Also, your right to appeal to justice is recognized.
On the Site, the user is responsible for all activities that occur as a result of the voluntary provision of his name, email and telephone number. REMAT cannot be held responsible for errors caused by the user's negligence regarding the security and confidentiality of their name, email and telephone number. The user's personal data may be used by REMAT and its collaborators only for the stated purpose of this Site. However, personal data may be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or to other authorities entitled to carry out any checks justified by law, if this is requested in accordance with the regulations in force.
Transfer of personal data
